Arrival Times
Arrival times for resort to airport transfers = Approximate time of arrival at the airport.
Departure Times
Departure times from the Airport are also approximate as it depends on flight arrival times for all the passengers booked onto the bus.
Pick Up Times
Your pick up time from resort will be advised at the time of payment, however it is APPROXIMATE as it depends on pick up locations.
A more accurate pick up time will be confirmed approx 24 hours beforehand by text message & could be up to 30 min earlier.

Shared Shuttle Transfers
The Shared Shuttle transfers do not unfortunately go directly to St Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires or Val Thorens. However, drop offs can be arranged in Moutiers.

What Type Of Vehicles Do You Have And Are They New?
We have all new Renault Traffics, and for the luxury transfer a Mercedes V Class and a BMW X1
How Many People Can Fit In Your Minibuses?
Total of 8 passengers in the minibuses. If you are more passengers no problem as we just send 2 vehicles.
Can We Add In Passengers After We Book?
Yes no problem, as long as we have availability. However you have to let us know in advance to ensure that the correct vehicle is booked in and available.
Is The Minibus Big Enough For All Our Ski Luggage As Well As Us?
Yes all our minibus’s, which are new every year, are an extra long wheel base and can seat up to 8 passengers with luggage and even ski’s.
Will Our Transfer Drop Us At Our Accommodation?
Yes, all our transfer’s are door to door – snow & access permitting, . This also includes our shared transfers as well as our private transfers.
How Do We Recognise The Driver At The Airport?
Our driver will meet you at the designated point in Arrivals and will have a board with your name on it.
When Will Our Driver Meet Us?
Your driver will be at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes after you land unless otherwise organised or if a shared transfer is booked.
Do I Need A Child Seat For My Children?
No as we supply baby/child seat/booster seats free of charge – however they must be booked in advance as we do not carry them in the minibus.
Is There Space For A Pushchair?
Should not be a problem if it is a small foldable type, however it depends on the number of passengers, luggage and skis that you are bringing. Please ask us in advance and we will advise.
Will We Make It To Resort If There Is Snow On The Roads?
All our vehicles have new snow tyres fitted every year as well as carry snow chains if the conditions are neccessary to use them.
What Is The Difference Between A Shared Transfer And A Last Minute?
A shared transfer can be booked in advance as we have shuttle times. The shuttle requires a minimum of 2 passengers to run or if the one way is booked already by another group. So even if you are 1 passenger you still will be able to book onto it as long as it is running. A last minute is usually advertised anytime from a month to 2 days before and operates when we have an empty leg going to or from the airport.
